(“tinyme”, “we”, “us” or “our”) builds mobile games and apps for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use any of our apps (each an “App”, together the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to every App published under our developer account on the App Store and Google Play.
1. Summary
- We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number to play.
- We collect limited device and gameplay data to keep the Apps working, fix bugs and understand how they are used.
- Our Apps may show ads and offer optional in-app purchases. Ad partners may process an advertising identifier under their own policies.
- You can limit ad tracking and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information collected automatically
When you use an App, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device data: device model, operating system and version, language, region, screen size, app version, and a randomly generated installation identifier.
- Usage data: sessions, levels played, progress, features used, crashes and performance diagnostics.
- Advertising data: your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, if you allow tracking, or GAID on Android), coarse location derived from IP address, and ad interaction events, processed by our advertising partners.
- Purchase data: purchase receipts and transaction identifiers provided by Apple or Google to validate in-app purchases. We never see your payment card details.
2.2 Information you give us
If you contact us by email or through our website, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and improve the Apps, including saving your progress on your device.
- To detect, investigate and fix bugs, crashes and performance issues.
- To understand how players use the Apps so we can design better games.
- To show ads, including ads that may be personalized where you have consented, and to measure their performance.
- To process and verify in-app purchases and restore them across devices.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted partners to provide analytics, advertising and crash reporting. These partners may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase (advertising, analytics, crash reporting)
- Unity Ads and Unity Analytics (advertising, analytics)
- AppLovin MAX (ad mediation)
- Apple and Google Play (app distribution and in-app purchases)
Not every App uses every partner. Ad networks used by a specific App are disclosed in that App's store listing where required by the platform.
5. Advertising and your choices
On iOS, Apps that use advertising will ask for your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android you can opt out of ads personalization or reset your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads.
Where required, we show a consent dialog (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) that lets you accept or refuse personalized ads. You can revisit your choice from the App's settings screen. Some Apps offer an in-app purchase that removes ads entirely.
6. Children's privacy
Our Apps are designed for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an App is flagged as suitable for children, we configure our advertising partners to serve only non-personalized, age-appropriate ads and disable behavioral tracking. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Data retention
Game progress is stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your Apple iCloud or Google Play Games account. Analytics and diagnostic data is retained by our providers for up to 14 months and then aggregated or deleted. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not maintain accounts, most data cannot be linked to you by us directly. To exercise a right, uninstalling the App deletes local data, and you can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings. For anything else, email us at and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly share personal information of consumers under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced inside the affected Apps or on this page.
